Fatemeh Abedzadeh

CEO

Fatemeh Abedzadeh is an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who excels in identifying business opportunities and leading teams to success. Her expertise lies in managing startup projects and companies, developing sales strategies, and optimizing business processes. She has a strong technical background in HVAC design and administration. Currently, as the CEO of VenRoboTech, she is responsible for establishing company objectives, allocating resources, and coordinating the work of different departments. Prior to this, she held leadership positions in building HVAC systems and HVAC maintenance companies. Fatemeh holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering and is fluent in English.

Motahareh Nabavi

Chief of R&D and Operating Officer

Motahareh Nabavi is a highly motivated and dedicated R&D Manager with a strong background in HVAC systems. She has expertise in electrical engineering, digital signal processing, and telecommunications. Motahareh is skilled in designing, testing, and troubleshooting electrical equipment. She is currently the Chief of R&D and Operating Officer at VenRoboTech, where she strategizes new technologies and oversees lab expansion. Motahareh also has experience as an HVAC Technician and Building Systems Technician. She holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in electrical engineering and has proficiency in Microsoft Office and MATLAB.
